Financial Members who are not able to physically make it to the Annual General Meeting and Elections of Officers on Saturday 23rd August 2025 at Hillview College, please complete the proxy form to grant another financial member the right to vote on your behalf.

  • Disaster Relief Director

Please be advised that the Annual General Meeting of the Trinidad and Tobago Red Cross Society will convene at Hillview College, located at 1-5 College Road, El Dorado, on Saturday 23rd August 2025, commencing at 1:00pm. The agenda for the meeting is a follows:

Members are strongly encouraged to attend, as significant business will be addressed, including the election of officers for the upcoming term. Please note that only financial members are eligible to vote. Nomination papers will be available beginning August 11th, 2025.
