Jill is a transformational leader who inspires action. She is a strategic, results-driven, and forward-thinking professional, with more than 15 years-experience in steering development and humanitarian organizations to operational and financial success. Resourceful, innovative, and quality-focused, with a track record of building sustainable organizational transformation and growth, Jill holds a master’s degree in business with a focus on Leadership, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, from Anglia Ruskin University, London.


She currently holds the positions of:

  • President of the Trinidad & Tobago Red Cross Society

  • Board Member of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies

  • Vice President of the InterAmerican Regional Committee of Red Cross (CORI)

  • Caribbean focal point for the Global Network of Women Senior Leaders of the Red Cross.

  • Capacity Development Consultant with a focus on Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), supporting organizational recalibration.


Career Highlights:

  •  Medal of Honor and Merit from the Venezuelan Red Cross, for leadership contribution and commitment to understanding the migration context.

  • Designed and facilitated knowledge sharing series on “The Elements of a well- functioning Organization” for 40 NGOs

  • Co-developed and co-piloted a one-year Caribbean Leadership Development Programme for youth.

  • Mental Coaching and preparation programme for young men in Soccer from 2014-2019
